Is life just not making sense these days? Do you have pieces of experiences, emotions, and thoughts that don't quite seem to fit together?
Maybe you've been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or like you're constantly battling the same struggles without finding the root cause.
Whether it's difficulty managing your day-to-day tasks, feeling disconnected in your relationships, or carrying the heavy weight of past trauma, together, we can co-create a safe space to start putting those pieces together.
Trauma Therapy
Trauma can feel like it takes over your life, whether it's a big event like abuse, domestic violence, or a car accident, or those “little t” traumas like divorce, losing a job, or other changes that still impact you deeply.
Trauma is more than just what happened to you. It now impacts your everyday life. You might feel stuck, anxious, or even disconnected from the world around you. But there’s hope.
I use a range of approaches, including mindfulness and relaxation techniques, to help you regulate your nervous system so that we can explore these difficult memories without overwhelming you.
One specialized technique that shows incredible results for clients is Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). ART is a derivative of EMDR that uses eye movements to help you process and reframe traumatic memories. In just 60-90 minutes, you can experience immediate relief from the intense feelings and reactions tied to your trauma.
This method helps calm your nervous system and create new brain connections, giving you space to breathe and start healing.
Relational & Attachment Issues
Relationships are complicated. Whether it’s with a partner, family member, or friend, feeling disconnected or misunderstood can be deeply painful.
I believe that while it takes two people to create a dynamic, it only takes one person to change it.
That’s where our work together comes in.
We’ll explore the patterns in your relationships, looking at how attachment styles and past experiences influence the way you connect with others.
Whether it's understanding your role in family dynamics, friendships, or romantic relationships, I’ll help you dig into the "why" behind your actions and feelings.
Maybe you’re struggling with boundaries, feeling like you’re always giving more than you get, or perhaps there’s a cycle of conflict that just doesn’t seem to end. You might have loved ones with narcissistic tendencies that cause you pain. Whatever the issue, we’ll work on understanding it and finding practical ways to create healthier, more fulfilling connections.
Executive Functioning Challenges & Skill Building (ADHD)
If you’re feeling scattered, struggling to stay organized, or having a hard time managing your time and emotions, you’re not alone. These challenges can impact every part of your life, from your job to your relationships to your self-esteem.
But with the right tools, you can take back control.
In our therapy sessions, we’ll work on building skills that make everyday life easier. This might include:
Creating systems and routines to stay organized.
Using planners, to-do lists, and reminders.
Learning to manage your time with strategies like timing tasks, task initiation, and habit/task stacking to be more productive.
Setting realistic, achievable goals.
We’ll also focus on emotional regulation—helping you manage the ups and downs so they don’t feel so overwhelming.
Finding Purpose and Direction
You might be at a crossroads, grappling with questions about your future, career paths, or overall purpose in life. In therapy, we’ll work together to identify your strengths, values, and goals, and create a roadmap for moving forward.
Learn About ART
-
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) are both therapeutic approaches used to process trauma and challenging experiences. ART, like EMDR, uses eye movements to help you reprocess traumatic memories, but it often works faster—many clients experience relief in just one session of ART lasting 60-90 minutes.
While both ART and EMDR help calm the nervous system and change the way you think about distressing memories, ART focuses on specific visualizations to help you replace distressing images with more positive ones, often leading to quicker resolution. ART does not require you continue to verbalize your traumatic experiences.
ART can be used to address past traumas or present issues, such as:
A traumatic event or PTSD
Phobias- such as public speaking or flying
Obsessive or intrusive thoughts
Anxiety
Depression

Therapy for executive functioning focuses on building skills to help you better manage daily tasks, organize your time, and regulate your emotions. Executive functioning challenges, often seen in conditions like ADHD, can make it difficult to stay on top of schedules, manage responsibilities, or even handle stress effectively.
In our sessions, we’ll work on practical strategies like using planners, setting realistic goals, creating routines, and managing your time in ways that make sense for you.

Trauma can stem from “big T” events like abuse or accidents, or “little t” experiences such as a difficult breakup, job loss, or even ongoing stress. You might have fragmented memories, emotions, or thoughts that don’t quite fit together. Or you could be experiencing anxiety, flashbacks, or a heightened state of alertness. In therapy, we can work together to co-create a safe space to start piecing these experiences together, so you can begin to heal.
If you're ready to start this journey toward understanding and healing, I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
Let’s work together to create the life you want.
